UNFT Wallet can be downloaded and used without creating an account, identifying yourself or giving UNFT Labs custody of your funds. Wallet secrets and wallet data remain under your control on your device.

2. Privacy by design
UNFT Wallet is designed to operate without user registration or an UNFT Labs account. We do not ask for your name, identity document, telephone number, postal address or payment details to download and use the wallet.
Wallet creation, recovery and transaction signing take place on your device. Your recovery phrase, optional BIP39 passphrase, seed and private keys are not sent to UNFT Labs or to the public chain API. We do not maintain a database that identifies wallet users or maps a real-world identity to a wallet address.
3. Information stored locally
The wallet uses your browser or device storage for an encrypted keystore, settings and a reconstructible cache of public blockchain information. The local wallet password protects the encrypted keystore and is different from an optional BIP39 passphrase. This information is not stored in an UNFT Labs user account.
The application shell may be stored in the browser's service-worker cache so that the wallet can start offline. UNFT Wallet does not use advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or non-essential cookies.
Clearing browser data, changing device or uninstalling the application may remove the local wallet. Verify your recovery backup before doing so. UNFT Labs cannot restore locally deleted information or recover a lost recovery phrase.
4. Network connectivity
To display public balances and history, estimate fees and broadcast a transaction that you have already signed locally, the wallet connects directly over HTTPS to a public chain API hosted separately from the wallet website. These functions do not require an identified user account.
Like any Internet service, the API infrastructure must handle an IP address transiently to deliver a response. API routes are configured not to persist access logs containing queried wallet addresses and not to create IP-to-address associations. We do not use these requests to identify or profile wallet users. Critical technical events may be processed only where necessary to protect service security and availability.
5. Public blockchain information
Wallet addresses, transactions and related data submitted to a public blockchain can be visible to anyone and may be linked to a person when combined with other information. Blockchain records may be impossible to alter or delete. Do not include personal information in a transaction.
6. Information you choose to provide
Using the wallet does not require contacting us. If you voluntarily contact support, we process the contact details and message you provide only to answer the request, maintain security and document the interaction where necessary. Do not send recovery phrases, private keys, wallet passwords or BIP39 passphrases.
7. Optional exchange providers
The wallet may offer links or interfaces to independent exchange or fiat-to-crypto providers. Those services are separate from the self-custodial wallet. A provider may require identity verification and may collect personal, payment, device and transaction information under its own terms and privacy notice.
Before a provider service is used, the wallet will identify the provider and make its applicable terms and privacy information available. The provider must never receive your recovery phrase, seed or private keys. Choosing not to use an exchange provider does not prevent local use of the wallet.
8. Who receives information
Public blockchain participants receive the transactions you choose to broadcast. Infrastructure providers may handle the limited technical data required to deliver the website and protect it. A separate exchange provider receives information only when you choose to use that provider, under its own terms and privacy notice.
Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, applicable transfer rules and safeguards must be applied by the relevant controller.
9. Retention
Encrypted wallet information and public blockchain cache data remain on your device until removed by you, your browser or operating system. UNFT Labs does not retain a remote copy. Address-query access logs are disabled by design.
Information voluntarily sent to support and strictly necessary security records are retained only for the period needed to answer the request, protect the service or meet legal obligations. Public blockchain information may remain permanently available independently of UNFT Labs.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact privacy@unftcoin.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the wallet, providers or data flows change. The current version and date will be published on this page.
