Terms of Use

1. Creator and service provider

These terms govern use of UNFT Wallet and its supporting services. They do not replace mandatory consumer rights or separate terms that apply to a third-party service.

2. Testnet version

The currently available version operates on UNFTChain Testnet4. Test networks, balances, functionality and data may be reset, interrupted or changed. Do not use a recovery phrase or private key that protects real assets for testing.

Polygon Amoy and test USDC may be identified in the interface for development purposes. The presence of a network or token profile does not mean that an exchange, purchase or escrow service is active.

3. Self-custody and user sovereignty

You alone control the recovery phrase and private keys used by UNFT Wallet. UNFT Labs does not receive or hold your assets, does not approve your transactions and cannot access, freeze, reverse or recover your funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining an accurate offline backup, protecting your device and credentials, checking every transaction and preventing unauthorised access. The local wallet password protects wallet data on the current device. An optional BIP39 passphrase is separate. Restoring the same wallet requires the recovery phrase and the exact BIP39 passphrase if one was originally used.

Loss, disclosure or incorrect use of the recovery phrase, BIP39 passphrase, private keys or device may result in permanent loss of control over assets. Because UNFT Labs does not possess this material, it cannot reconstruct it or restore access.

4. Local data and transactions

The encrypted keystore, settings and reconstructible public blockchain cache are stored locally by the browser or device. UNFT Labs does not maintain a remote wallet account or backup for you. Removing browser data or the application may remove the local wallet copy.

You create and authorise transactions locally. Before signing, verify the network, recipient, asset, amount, fees and transaction conditions. Transactions broadcast to a blockchain may be irreversible. Network confirmation, balances and availability depend on the relevant blockchain and infrastructure.

5. Independent exchange providers

The wallet may provide optional access to independent exchange or fiat-to-crypto providers. These services are not part of local key management and may require identity verification, payment information and acceptance of the provider's separate terms and privacy notice.

The provider is responsible for the services it offers, including availability, supported countries, exchange execution, fees and legally required checks. The relevant provider and conditions will be shown before you choose to use it. You may continue using the self-custodial wallet without using an exchange provider.

6. Fees

Blockchain network fees may apply and are displayed when supported. Fees charged by a third-party provider are determined and disclosed by that provider. Any separate UNFT Wallet service fee will be disclosed before it applies.

7. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law and must not:

• use the wallet or supporting services for unlawful activity;
• interfere with, overload or attempt unauthorised access to infrastructure;
• misrepresent your identity or authority when a provider legally requires verification;
• use the service to compromise another person, wallet or system.

Access to infrastructure operated by us may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or service integrity, subject to applicable law.

8. Availability and changes

Testnet software may contain defects and experience interruptions, delays, resets or incompatible changes. Features may be added, changed, suspended or discontinued as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

9. User responsibility and consumer rights

Full control of the wallet also means responsibility for safeguarding recovery material, securing devices, verifying addresses and networks, selecting compatible assets, reviewing fees and understanding transactions before signing them. UNFT Labs cannot intervene in a transaction or recover assets sent to an incorrect address, network or contract.

UNFT Labs remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where prohibited by law or removes mandatory rights available to consumers.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the UNFT Wallet Privacy Policy. A third-party provider processes information under its own privacy notice when you choose to use that service.

11. Applicable law and contact

These terms are governed by applicable Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
